The AppLovin MAX Revenue Reporting API allows you to access reporting data related to your ad revenue on the AppLovin MAX platform.

Source Setup Guide​

To connect AppLovin MAX to Extract, you’ll need to provide an API Key.

Where to find your credentials: In your AppLovin account, go to the Account page and select Keys.

Connection Setup Guide​

Once you’ve connected AppLovin MAX to a destination, you will also need to configure:

  • Connection Pull Schedule: Determines how frequently data is extracted from the source.
  • Backfill (Days): Specifies how many days of historical data will be retrieved during each connection run.
  • Destination-specific settings: Settings such as “Dataset Name” or “Target Schema” (depending on your destination).
  • Schema Migration Policy: Controls how Extract will handle schema changes from the source.
45-day API window limitation

AppLovin MAX’s Revenue Reporting API only allows requesting data from the last 45 days.

This connector enforces that limitation:

  • If the computed start_date (based on your cursor and Backfill (Days)) is older than 45 days, the sync will fail with an error.
  • If the computed end_date is older than 45 days, the sync will fail with an error.

If you encounter this error, reduce Backfill (Days) and/or reset your cursor so the requested date range falls within the last 45 days.
