API Documentation: Jira API Documentation
High-Level Information:
The Jira Cloud REST API provides structured access to a wide range of data related to issue tracking and project management. It includes data on issues (such as summaries, descriptions, statuses, and custom fields), projects (including configurations, components, and versions), users (account details and permissions), workflows, attachments, comments, and change logs. Additionally, the API allows retrieval of agile-specific data like sprints, boards, and backlogs. This data enables platforms to extract and analyze Jira records for reporting, monitoring, and integration with other business tools.
Note: our platform currently supports Jira cloud only.
