Authentication
Authenticate to Intercom using a Personal Access Token.
- In Intercom, create a Personal Access Token (PAT) for your workspace.
- In this connector’s setup, enter the token as the Access Token value.
The connector validates credentials by calling the Intercom API with Authorization: Bearer <token> and the Intercom-Version: 2.12 header.

Step 2
Follow the authentication flow (OAuth) in Intercom's website to grant Extract the required permissions.
Step 3
Confirm you can see your email and profile picture, and that the source is Connected.

Intercom Audiences is not yet available as a production-ready destination. While credential validation may succeed, destination loading/syncing is still in development and will fail if you attempt to run it.
