Vitally

Introduction​

The Vitally source connector syncs data from the Vitally API into your destination so you can analyze customer success data alongside the rest of your warehouse data.

Setup​

Prerequisites​

  • A Vitally account with access to an API token.

Create an API token in Vitally​

  1. In Vitally, navigate to your user or workspace settings where API tokens are managed.
  2. Create a new API token.
  3. Copy the token and store it securely (you’ll use it in the connector configuration).

Authentication​

This connector authenticates using an API token.

You will provide:

  • API token: The token generated in Vitally.

Streams​

The available streams depend on the Vitally API and your account permissions. After configuring the connector, you can select which streams to sync and set your desired sync cadence.

If you need a specific Vitally object exposed as a stream, contact support with the object name and a sample of the fields you expect to extract.
